Jon Sibal is well known for his renders, because of his talent he’s been ripped off more then once from various companies. It maybe hard to tell that the artist used pieces of Jon’s work, but the side by side shots don’t lie. Although I have been a victim of copying, it has never been on the scale that Jon has experienced.
Granted, it’s not Car & Driver’s fault more so the artists fault. It’s a real shame that people think they can pull this off within the same industry. Luckily Jon Sibal was able to get a response from C&D before I posted this article.
