Charlie Broomfield from Practical Performance Car created the car with the sole purpose of going 200 MPH. Charlie took a Rover SD1 (Wiki link here) and shoved a 27 litre V12 Merlin tank engine into it. The car was fabricated from sampling several manufactures parts such as Ford and Jaguar.
