I’m happy to announce that the Rim To Rim lanyards are finally up for grabs! I teased the new product last week on my Twitter and Facebook page and it seemed like a lot of people were excited for my newest product. I started this project in December and it was definitely a tough task to get something like this made that would meet the quality/design standards that I had set. Purchase one here.
I really wanted to make a lanyard that I would be proud to put my name on, I spent a lot of time ensuring that the lanyard would be more then just my logo. Using one of my favorite designs, I took all 29 rims featured on my Rim To Rim shirt and rearranged them on the lanyard. Instead of the typical screen print, the design is dyed into the lanyard. Screen printed designs often crack and peel because of the abuse a lanyard goes through. On the reverse side of the lanyard is a dark purple checkered pattern which adds a nice subtle touch, and lastly I had the hook and key ring coated in flat black as a finishing detail. All in all I think I accomplished what I wanted, I hope everyone likes it!
