Customer calls out Fountain Tire, shop owner’s wife buts in

A local forum member “SerbianEagle” decided to take his car Fountain Tire to have some summer rubber mounted on to his car. Upon picking up the vehicle he was a bit suspicious about the way the employees were acting but he thought nothing of it. It wasn’t long after he picked up the vehicle that he discovered that the car’s front bumper had been damaged when it was pulled into the shop. After failed attempts to contact the owner of the Fountain Tire, SerbianEagle took it to the local car forum 780tuners to get some advice.

If history is an indicator of what happens on car forums, then you’ll know what happens next! It wasn’t long until some interesting user accounts started posting on the forum.

You make it sound like there is an conspiracy

I have had the opportunity to use Fountain tire many times over the years.

I always found them to be extremely fair , honest and upfront.

In fact I recently visited teir website recently to obtain a tire quote.

I noted that they are one of the top 50 best managed companies in Canada

You just dont get this with out doing things right.

You make it sound

Shortly after that another mysterious post…

This post is for SerbianEagle to ponder.
I have a blog on the internet in which I state facts that are true about a local doctor. It is politely written but I omit nothing. My horror story is there for all to see. After the blog had been up for about 2 weeks a process server appeared at my front door and presented me with a document basically saying that this Dr. was taking legal action against me for slanderous and libelous comments and ruining his reputation.
After consulting with a friend of mine who is a lawyer I was informed that free speech DOES NOT APPLY on the internet anymore.
Those insurance adjusters are usually pretty good and maybe he/she will discover that you had a cheaply done body repair after your *accident* in January and are looking for a second fix.
Just saying! Watch your ass!

Turns out that “unicorn” and “MartinaAstoni” shared the same ip address as “fountaintire”. Shocking isn’t it? After a quick Google search, members discovered that MartinaAstoni was the wife of the shop owner and had her own history of leaving nasty reviews of businesses online (how ironic). Martina didn’t like that too much and sent a message to someone:

All of the drama caught the eye of corporate offices of Fountain Tire and offered to fix SerbianEagle’s vehicle due to the actions of “unicorn” and “MartinaAstoni”. Justice has been served again! Oh yeah, avoid Fountain Tire on 97th Street & 135th Avenue.
