Porsche Design, the ultra elitist design force from – well Porsche, have teamed up with Wegner (the people who make the swiss army knife/multi tools) to create the P’3700 pocket knife. What’s different compared to typical multi tools is the contoured body shape and flat black finish. All for a hefty price of $475. Why focus on safety when you can focus on style. Using what looks like Speed Racer’s helmet as a canvas, the designers used creative graphics such as fruits and even body parts to liven up the helmet. Pretty sure these aren’t real helmets since the graphics originated from a design agency in Kazakstan, but hey they’re still pretty cool.

As if the last post wasn’t bad enough, The Boston Globe has posted 8 more pictures of the BP fiasco. Focusing less on the surrounding marshlands and water, and more on the wild life are affected by the spill. The pictures paint a very grim picture.

Parking can be difficult to find sometimes, especially in busy areas like downtown. Even if you do happen to find a spot, it’s going to cost you an arm and a leg to park. Things get worse when you only need to park for 5 minutes, do you risk getting a ticket or pay the exorbitant fee? I came across a video that helps solves every ones parking headaches.

We’ve all heard about the nasty oil spill that was caused by an offshore oil rig owned by BP in the Gulf of Mexico. It’s really hard to put in to perspective the damage that has occurred because of the incident. The Boston Post has posted several pictures of some of the damages that have already occurred because of the incident on the shores of Louisiana and in the Gulf of Mexico.

After nearly 200 years of inactivity the Eyjafjallajökull volcano in Iceland erupted causing all sorts of issue like air traffic delays and potential floods. The plus side is that the eruption has caused a large influx of tourists visiting Iceland to view the volcano, resulting in hundreds of amazing photos posted online. Photos after the jump.
