How do you take one of the rarest Lamborghini’s in the world and make it look fast sitting still? Well you pick up your phone and call up your friends over at The Media Merchants to come up with a crazy projection to make the Reventon come to life. Famed tuning group SR Auto provided the amazing car, could it be the same Reventon I posted about before?

I came across these amazing art pieces created by Belgian artist Wim Delvoye throughout 2007 – 2009. Wim hand carves intricate patterns and motifs on used car tires. Check out the amazing attention after the jump!

DSC recently held a small show showcasing various hoods that painted in eye-catching liveries. The hoods have catchy slogans and sport weird but funny sponsor decal combinations.

The book contains guides, industry reference materials in a Moleskine like book. The project has already been successfully funded and just passed 400% funding! I’m definitely thinking about picking a book up for myself. Check out the website here.

Chris Burden pretty much built the ultimate Hot Wheels track by building a massive track that houses 1,200 cars. Fully automated, the track is a new art installation at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. We need more art like this!

Rather then styling the car with a single theme, each half of the IS350 features the unique style of each artist. Thanks to Ill Motion for the heads up! Video after the jump.

As Sarah Illenberger demonstrates with her life size car prints, you can come up with some stellar results. At least you can take your car to the car wash after.

Stefan usually captures cars with his camera but as of lately, he has been putting down his camera in favor of pencils and brushes to capture cars. Stefan’s art page houses some great artwork of cars we rarely hear about now a days, I’ve only included only 5 of my favorites so be sure to check out the rest of them here.
