Car manufactures have released cars with undered tuned power plants for years, cars like with factory turbo/supercharged engines are ideal subjects for tuning upgrades. Chris Harris takes a used S4 and performs a simple software upgrade to see how it compares with the Audi RS4.

Drive visits Koenigsegg again, in their first visit, they gave viewers a quick look at the manufactures shop and different steps in creating a hyper car. This time Drive goes through an in depth walk through of the major steps from carbon fibre construction to the heart of the car a 1140 HP V8 engine.

With all the crazy high-end cars I’ve posted, this RX-7 looks a bit rough around the edges in comparison. Drive visits 19 year old Corbin, the owner of a Mazda RX-7 that he’s been building for a couple of years. Inspired by hot rodding culture Corbin threw together a mash-up of parts, a V8 engine and a slew of offensive stickers. The result is a car that represents Corbin and his laid back attitude.

The Singer 911 is a re-imagined Porsche 911 using some of best of the best components from different 911′s and combining them into one concise package. Matt Farah returns for another episode of Tuned to test drive a modified version of FR-S. Built for Scion’s Canadian version of their Tuner Challenge program by team VCMC. Meet Achim Anscheidt, the head of design for Bugatti. Achim works on some of the greatest engineered and technically advanced road cars in the world. In contrast Achim owns a minimalistic, bare-bones Porsche 911 that doesn’t even have a heater. The Drive network talks with Achim to see where he got his inspiration from for the 911 and what he thinks about its design.

Powered by a 4.6 litre V8 with two electric motors bolted and weighing in at 1,700 kg Chris Harris rides shotgun in the new car to find out if hybrid technology belongs in a performance car.

Chris Harris again proves he’s the luckiest bastard in the world. Porsche invited Chris Harris down to their Weissach track to drive their Le Mans winning Porsche 962. While I was much too young to remember the vehicle, the 962 had a long motorsports career and was highly competitive. The video is just awesome, I especially enjoyed the bits with Norbert Singer the head of Porsche’s motorsport division.

Last time Drive tested a Switzer they drove the 950hp E900 GT-R. While the car was amazing in its own right, there were a few disadvantages. Switzer went back to the drawing boards and improved their GT-R package to develop a whopping 1100hp on pump gas.
