If you are into the automotive scene then you probably heard of WEKFEST. WEKFEST is one of thee craziest car shows that have emerged from the west coast and now hosts events in other cities like Honolulu. Started by Weksos Industries and Fatlace, WEKFEST is an event where enthusiasts can meet and share their passion. Studio Mountain was able to bring in a RED Epic (aka one bad ass camera) to film the event in super slow mo!

Found this great video montage of various F1 cars during 2006-2010, but instead of the typical crappy on board cameras – HD SLR’s and Red cameras were used. With such hardcore equipment you can expect some amazing results, the slow mo sequences are just jaw dropping. Make sure to watch the video a couple times because the video is fast paces and packed with amazing sound and sights. Video after the jump.
