Dedicated to enthusiasts who love the style and appeal of deep dish (distance between the lip and face of the rim). Wondering what the pack of smokes is for? Suitable for measuring how deep your dish is. They say the deeper the dish the deeper the pockets.
Gran Turismo changed the way people view racing games in 1997, becoming a cult hit by bridging the gap between arcade style mechanics and hard core racing sim. Gamers raced their favorite car on on real life tracks around the world. A quirk of the series is the requirement to pass license tests which proved to be difficult for some.
In the manga series Wangan Midnight a young man searches for a faster ride after a humiliating defeat on the Wangan. He discovers a Datsun Fairlady Z in a junkyard and wonders why someone would scrap a classic car. After restoring the car he finds out the car is possessed as it fights against his control and is unnaturally fast. We learn that previous owners of the car were injured or killed in car accidents, earning the name Devil Z.
The last Evo built on the CP9A platform; the Evo 6 was a boxy and formidable road machine. Like its predecessors the Evo 6 raced in the World Rally Championship under the Marlboro Ralliart team. It was the last Evo to take home a WRC victory by legendary rally driver Tommi Makinen.
Released to commemorate a 50th anniversary, the S2000 is a pure bred roadster. Often cited as the perfect car, it was discontinued after a 10 year production run with no successor. Many traits made the AP1/AP2 desirable: high revving engine, futuristic gauges and aggressive looks.
Ask any project car owner how their build is going and they’ll tell you it’s a work in progress. Enthusiasts have a long list of parts tucked away somewhere in hopes of finally completing their car one day. If only we had an unlimited amount of time and money!
As always, thank you for the support!
