LEGO Ferrari F40 build
As soon as I saw that LEGO announce the Ferrari F40 kit I knew I had to get my hands on it! The F40 is by far my most favorite Ferrari and LEGO was my favorite toy as a kid. Luckily my girlfriend purchased the kit for my birthday! Just wanted to share my experience with the set.
I’m not a fan of stickers but if you built any of the other LEGO cars you’ll know they are used sparingly.
Part 1 done!
Incredible amount of detail on the engine.
The boxy rear end translates well to LEGO. Notice the slits on the side!
Completed hood, I was impressed by the ingenuity to create the vents on the hood.
Of course the headlights pop up!
