Shipping

Shipping around the world is currently strained and experiencing significant volumes of packages, your package will take longer than usual to arrive. This does not apply to packages shipped via UPS.

International - All packages up to 4-8 week delay

There are significant delays, please be patient - if your package tracking indicates it is moving your package will arrive eventually. Often times it will take 2-6 weeks between "In transit to destination country" scan and the next update. This is due to high volume packages, lack of air transportation and duty processing.

Import Bible primarily ships with CanadaPost, once your package arrives to the destination country your national courier provider will take care of delivering your product.

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes and/or military addresses?

Yes we can delivery to most addresses including P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

Tracking Numbers

Currently tracking is only included with the following packages:

All on-demand products.
Tracked shipping method is selected.
Canadian orders containing two or more shirts or containing a bulky item such as a hat or jacket.
US orders containing an apparel item (top or hat).
International orders containing an apparel item (top or hat).

Groupbuy Products

Groupbuy products are special items that require additional time to manufacture before shipping, these items are shipped seperately from instock items.

On-Demand Products

On-demand products are shipped seperately from instock items and are shipped from the United States using a variety of couriers. If a tracking number is available it will be listed under the order status page.

Duties/Taxes

Customers may be charged duties/taxes on their packages, unfortunately due to the complexity of import laws Import Bible cannot provide an estimate on these fees.
